Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Standard Products: Clothing, rugs, and Funko POP! figures may be returned for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Custom and Personalized Items: Because custom-made or personalized products (including custom 3D prints or special design requests) are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us by email at kev4kreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the processing time:

Final Sale Items
