Order Processing

All standard, in-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the request. Estimated production timelines for custom items will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

If we experience high order volumes or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout; however, please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

Domestic and international shipping options are available. International orders may be subject to longer transit times depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Kev4Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges incurred.

Damages & Lost Packages

Kev4Kreations is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so that we can assist you with a claim. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Service Interruptions

Shipping and delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by such events, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes.
